AdRoll's AI Assistant has been named a Silver Globee and “Best of Category” winner in the 2026 Globee Artificial Intelligence Awards for Best AI-based Customer Experience Solution.

The Globee Artificial Intelligence Awards aren't handed out lightly. Each submission is judged through a merit-based scoring process involving thousands of evaluations from industry experts. This year’s program included:

  • Over 730 nominations submitted globally

  • More than 25,000 expert evaluation scores

  • A minimum average score of 7.0 out of 10 required to receive recognition

  • “Best of Category” honors awarded to the top-scoring submission in each category

Silver winners are recognized for the same principles that guided how we built our Assistant: meaningful innovation, thoughtful execution, customer impact, and measurable results. We’re especially proud that this recognition reflects our deliberate approach to AI development rooted in customer feedback, real-world usability, and a focus on solving practical marketing challenges over simply shipping every new capability the technology enables.

Our AI Development Process

We started by listening. Through an in-depth research program with strategic marketers and agency operators across AdRoll and AdRoll ABM, we explored what customers actually wanted from an AI assistant, where they trusted automation, and which tasks would genuinely save them time.

At the same time, AI capabilities were evolving rapidly. It would’ve been easy to chase every new feature the models made possible. But marketers consistently pointed us in a different direction. They weren’t looking for AI to replace their judgment or generate endless creative variations. Instead, they wanted practical support to help understand performance, speed up reporting, and catch campaign issues before they impacted results.

That feedback became the foundation of what we built. Our Assistant is designed to work alongside marketers, not in place of them, with every recommendation paired with clear reasoning so users can review, validate, and act with confidence.

How Our Assistant Helps Marketers

Today, our Assistant handles four broad areas:

  • Knowledge and guidance

  • Campaign querying & Performance analysis

  • Campaign creation

  • Optimizations

On the querying and reporting side, marketers can ask about campaign status, pull recent performance metrics, identify what’s working, and generate reports with charts and exports in plain language instead of rebuilding the same dashboard view they’ve built before.

On the creation side, the Assistant guides marketers through retargeting, lookalike and contextual setup and catches the things that quietly hurt performance before launch.

Optimization recommendations help marketers identify what’s working, what’s not working, and recommendations on what to do next.

Customers using the Assistant are 50% more likely to launch with all recommended ad sizes included, which is a small, but meaningful, improvement to reach and delivery from day one.

Looking Ahead

We’re continuing to expand what AdRoll’s AI Assistant can do, gradually broadening the actions the Assistant can take on a marketer’s behalf.

The bigger opportunity isn’t any single capability, but building AI that earns trust over time through transparency, usefulness, and getting the small things right. That’s what this recognition validates for us, and that’s what we’ll keep building toward.
