Community Member Guidelines

To make this a best-in-class community for all members, it’s important to have a few key ground rules in place. As a member, you are responsible for following these rules of engagement:

Share your experiences and collaborate.

The Growth Guerilla Collective (“GGC”) is a place for you to share your experiences growing D2C brands with fellow marketers. Your learnings and thoughts are what make this a great community to be a part of. Don’t be afraid to share them!

Share your passions, but please, no selling.

This community is a safe space for D2C marketers to grow personally and professionally by connecting with fellow peers. There is no pitching or selling allowed in the GGC (whether that be at in-person meetups or in the #growthguerilla online Slack group).

Be respectful, be respected, and have respect.

GGC members bring an amazing set of diverse experiences, skills, opinions, and interpretations. We are committed to making the GGC a welcoming and diverse community of D2C marketers.

As a member of the GGC, it is your responsibility to help make it a safe and welcoming place by:

  • Treating others as you wish to be treated - The golden rule of life is the golden rule of the GGC, too
  • Being welcoming and open-minded - Members’ diverse backgrounds and levels of experience makes for the best learning and development environment
  • Assuming no malice - Differences of opinion are part of being human and okay in the GGC. Please assume no malice when differences of opinion arise

While we do not expect abusive behavior or content in the GGC, it may happen, so please report it as soon as you see it to community@adroll.com.

Be yourself, and remember the GGC is a public professional network.

Come as you are and be open with your thoughts and experiences, but please remember that the GGC is a public professional network. Treat being a part of this community with the same level of respect as you do your colleagues and your company.
