How to use Adroll with Pubmatic, Rubicon Project, Yield Build, etc

Adroll helps publishers sell their inventory direct to advertisers at a premium CPM. To maximize your earnings when there isn't a direct buy through Adroll, publishers can use an ad network optimizer for their backfill ad networks. This ensures that higher paying CPM ads from Adroll automatically get swapped in when there is a buy on your site or community, and you still keep 100% of the revenue from the networks optimized by Pubmatic, Rubicon Project, etc the rest of the time. Set your reserve price in Adroll equal to the eCPM you're making from your ad network optimizer, and Adroll will help you sell your ad space for more.

  • If you don't already have an Adroll account, you will need to create one.
  • When you set up your first ad space, we'll ask you for the code from your ad network optimizer. (Top image.)
  • Simply insert this ad code into the provided box, and replace that code on your website with the Adroll code.
  • Adroll will automatically start showing your optimized ad networks like nothing happened, only now you'll have the ability to earn more through Adroll. (Bottom image.)
  • You can always change what appears as backfill in your ad spaces by clicking "Manage" next to the ad space you want to control on your "My Ad Spaces" tab.
